These experiences ignited her passion to pursue a new path—one where she could make a tangible difference.

Recognizing the critical need for reliable, compassionate care for the elderly, Charmaine founded JoLand Home Care LLC, a non-medical home care agency built on the principles of respect, dignity, and individualized attention.
